ASSH Developers works with established architecture and design firms rather than maintaining an in-house design team. Archentire, an Islamabad-based architecture and design firm, designed Sardar’s Mall, our mixed-use development in Satellite Town.
Principal Architect Ar. Kamaal Sinaan leads the Archentire team. He brings 30 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and construction supervision.
His team managed Sardar’s Mall from the initial concept and design drawings through on-site construction supervision, ensuring the project followed the approved design throughout the build.
Archentire is based in Islamabad and works across four service lines: architectural design, interior design, 3D visualization, and construction supervision. The firm has completed projects in Pakistan, the Middle East, and the United States.
Ar. Kamaal Sinaan leads the firm and is credited on-site as UI designer for Archentire’s own project documentation, which gives a sense of how closely he stays involved in the details of each project, not just the initial concept.
Sardar’s Mall sits on 8.51 kanals in Satellite Town, near Chandni Chowk. Archentire designed the building at two basement levels, a ground floor, and ten additional floors above that.

That split means one firm is accountable for how the building actually performs, not just how it looks in a rendering.
